A Framework of Excellence

Since March of 1995, Cornerstone Properties, Inc., has sent out more than 1,000 Resident Surveys to its properties. The surveys asked the residents questions concerning property staff, the condition of the property, the concerns residents may have about crime, and programs that residents would like to see started in their apartment communities.

The results show that Cornerstone is doing an excellent job. An impressive ninety-five percent of residents who responded said that they are pleased overall with the management of their apartment community. Most residents also feel good about how the grounds are kept and feel safe in their communities. In addition, residents responded that the on-site staff are available and responsive to residents' needs.
