Our apartment community is located in Northwest Davenport, Iowa, just off Interstate 8O. We are a HUD subsidized family community. We offer 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and townhouses to qualifying families.

Westview Terrace has a great sense of community and our residents take pride in their homes and neighborhood. We are located on the edge of Davenport and as a resident you can take advantage of the one thing Iowa is famous for - corn, as we have several fields around our community to give a feel of the country.
